This guy is disgusting. It's beyond sanity as a criminal ganster like that can be an official in Russia. We have heard accusations to Putin and others of being "criminals" but that is speculative an emotional... but this guy? He's a warlord and now a criminal. Simple as that. How can Kremlin approve someone like him?
