This is how I believe you may be able to get rid of the feeling of anxiety without medication, overeating or doing anything that will have negative side effects. This is just a theory, so you can tell me what you think..

  • coompulsive overeracting is very common

  • sound like u have a overreacting disorder

  • I will try this glad i found ur video . hope you overcome your anxiety .

  • I took a course through Lucinda Bassette "MIDWEST CENTRE FOR ANXIETY AND STRESS "

You are correct whe you use healthy (SELF TALK ) to counter the negative anxious thought.

Basically talk to yourself the way you would talk to a friend or a child that is nxious or panicky.

I have also taken anti depressants since 1988 but I now am on the "TRUE HOPE" vitamin regiment to get off the drugs.

Deficencies can cause anxiety like B12,B3 Niacin,B6,Zinc or C

I also eat healthy and exercise.

  • I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for decades. I saw several doctors (incl my dad) and specialists. No one could figure out why my body was always tight and anxious. I worked out regularily, etc. I just discovered that the main reason for all this stress and anxiety was excess ACIDITY in my body. overeating was the main reason! It creates more acidity and that stresses your stomach and this in turn prevents nutrients from being absorbed by cells. Your body is stressed.

    FASTING helps!

  • darling, go to my channel and get to the cause instead of dealing with effects. its time to wake up.

  • wow. i feel the same way. Im just like you. And I bet you are from new york.

  • I think your right
