@milesjordan239 It gives the opponent a lot of time though and reduces your shot options. Always a good shot to have in a fix though :D

Or you can hit it of the glass that's what I do and it works well :D

@vszabad According to whom? You? I am being taught by an A grade squash champ and those are not moves that he recommends. Take a look at the first two shots - he sort of flicks them, ok you gota do that at times, but its getting close to breaking the rules. The rest are mainly forehand drill shots. For the record his advice for staying out from the wall and away from the ball is spot on.
Cheers mate, btw try and avoid personal attacks like 'you are shit'. Works on the net but not in RL.

This is a load of rubbish, no offense man. I have been playing squash for 2 months, and those shots being demonstrated did not require 'digging' (Depending on your definition of digging of course.) A hard shot that you need to dig is one that comes in slow and close to the wall, hits the side wall about a foot off the ground and a foot from the back wall, ricochets to the back wall and only bounces off 6 inches - hitting those shots is hard, and that where you need to dig them out of.

if you read my comment on the backhand drive i was right and its good for him to emphasize giving room because in backhand he was close and pointing feet to back corner
@Dylanjharris1996 shut up! make a video and then get kids like you coming and saying that...jeez!

I love how he fed himself the easiest dig shots ever.
