That will probably leave a mark.

  • Those must be 32 kilo kettlebells? Pretty amazing. 155 reps.

  • So he took a minor bump on the head. Big deal, it happens when you ACTUALLY PUT SOME EFFORT INTO SOMETHING unlike all the spandex nike clad ppl I see at the gym, who can barely be bothered to break a sweat and talk to each other all day. Impressive goddamn work this guy did!

  • @solar92116 I'm pretty sure after doing 155 reps you'd be jumping a little to try and move the weight around too.

  • oh fuck i bet that hurt lol

  • why is he jumping to press them?? thats like the swinging 100 pull up vids on here wtf

  • Will his score stand after the bells drop? Will he get 155 reps or 0?

  • Respect, awesome result at 155 reps. No accident but full effort.

  • Some joker at a web site called "Men's Fitness" posted this as a 'kettlebell training mistake,' is what may be inviting some of the less clueful comments. This isn't training, this is competing. And at a super high level.

  • He looks like he plays wow

  • Funny how the spectators are saying "Davi davi..." (I know Russian) telling him to go on, while this guy just got a heavy hit on his head! What jerks.

  • i been training with kettlebells when i was 7 in a hour i lifted a 4k bomb 1447 times its the olympiad world record no lies

  • when i figured out what the number in the box meant i was like WTF! kudos!

  • He's a great athlete - major respect for him - but this video is an excellent example of why I prefer sandbags over kettlebells.

  • A lot of reps, but could have easily broken his wrist at the end.

  • @mikesharkey6 Yes... that was sarcasm lol

  • @mikesharkey6 Hell, it means hes go a solid head on top of being in excellent shape :D Beats me, I let my ass get lazy and gotta build back up to that.

  • @adamresyk2112 you're kidding right

  • @killakali408650 idiot. he can probably chair press them 50 times at least. without putting them down.

  • @sidhyarth there's probably less than 1 percent of all KB lifters that could equal Mishin's performance, to say nothing of the general population or even strength athletes. If that's all you learned from him, too bad.

  • @Eric3Frog He could run a marathon without training for it.

  • @rockbodyfitness most dudes are super fit. Mishin is kinda the exception. course he's better than almost everyone too.

  • @CleverDjembe it wasn't that funny ass munch

  • @groza1987 its a matter of time. Mishin could certainly press a single 32kg bell 1000 times given 2 hours. VF just did 911 reps for the anniversary of 9/11. it took him 1.5 hours. this competition is limited to 10 minutes.

  • @shkotay its a 70lb bell.

  • @NYSHARK101 that's not what happens.

  • I see an orthopedic visit in the near future if he continues compressing those discs in his lower back.

  • hes fine. that guy eats pieces of shit for breakfast, in a good way.
