@marek0086 Alright well it sucks, im telling you, go get a bike chain and put it out in your shop end put wd40 on it, wait about a day or to and its gonna be rusted to hell
-
@oSHOLLIVERo~ of course its a lubricant!
-
@toblertwo that just explains why when i oil my chain with it, it gets rusty as hell, i promise, if your going to use something use 3 in one oil
-
@oSHOLLIVERo That's not what the can says. Doesn't WD stand for water dispersant?
-
Nice vid. Thanks for for your time.
I learn something new.
-
safety glasses wouldn't hurt
-
wd40 is not a lubricant, its a degreaser, DONT EVER USE IT
-
we got a good hole!

If you trim the sleve before you burnish it you wont have the burr problem and will not need to chamfer the ends and risk creating an oil funnel, also the funneling problem is only important on the top side.
Never heard of using a ball to size the inside of a valve guide before. How doe shat effect the cross hatch?

@salemcripple The use of a carbide ball is the perfered method of sizing the guide liner. The cross hatch or for Rapid liners the diamond pattern remains in the liner the same as if you used a brouching stick.
