On 1:29 {start on 1:20} he says "I pray to god he kills you"

No, he says "Pray to god he hears you" It fits well with Kairi because it portrays Kairi hoping her letter reaches Sora if you recall playing the game and I don't believe he says "Pray to god he kills you" look up the lyrics and you'll see.
