i sprained my thumb from breakdancing cuz i fell on it and it went back and i was 98% recovered from it after 3 months and yesterday i decided to play football (flag) with my church and while reaching for a players flag, i jammed the thumb into their side accidently and then it got pulled back. tough luck for me --;

Sprained my thumb throwing my giant lab binder into my car before school. Bent waaay back and cracked twice. Feels a lot better wrapped.

i sprained my thumb about 3 weeks ago and its still quite sore, and can't bend it back further than dead straight. is this normal or have i lost a slight angle i can bend my thumb. also its still very sore nearly a month after i fell off my bike.
