Tribute to Orbiter and SpaceshipOne

This is a sort of tribute to "Orbiter," a popular space flight simulator, and to SpaceshipOne - the world's first private manned spacecraft. A SpaceshipOne add-on had been made for Orbiter, and this is a video captured from the simulator.

This shows the entire sequence from launch (after releasing from the WhiteKnight carrier plane) all the way to the coast up to suborbital space, and re-entry. This thing is hard to fly. Just like the real SpaceshipOne, it likes to roll and it's hard to control the attitude when you're climbing almost straight up at Mach 3!

I used a program called "Fraps" to capture a video while I was playing the simulator. And I used Windows Movie Maker to edit the video and make title screens, add pictures, etc

Remember to pitch down to get som air over those wings when when your wings have defeathered! or its gonna be a fast ride directly into the ground!
