Extruded patterns of light and shadow, intertwined with the contours of the earth, are the source of the Embassy. The light is refracted through a piece of glass to create explosive spaces. Abstracted shadows are formed low and flat. The contours are wrapped around the structure to interlock these spaces. Spaces are empty, filled only with time. With time there is change. This change is refraction.
