Hey guys what is everyones opinion of the Westside Barbell Methods for Combat Athletes as there means of Weight Training? We all know that being Faster, and Stronger, and in some cases not many bigger is important for Combat Athletes and Louie's guys are some of the most explosive guys in the planet, granted there powerlifters not combat athletes but still the principle of the program is the same in the fact that it increases ones max strength, speed-strength, and explosive strength, all which are important in Combat sports. http://www.westside-barbell.com/
