@ipodtouchhugger remove the HDD of this PC and connect to a clean PC using a USB adapter and then run an antivirus like SUperAntispyware, if it cleans the malware, put the HDD in its case and boot. If it does not work, test the HDD to see if it is still a working hard disk. HDD can go bad so it become hardware failure.

@ zukoz2 - Reboot into Safe Mode with Networking and download Malwarebytes Antimalware free version, install, update, Quick Scan and remove all infections found, then reboot normally :-)
