@AlexDCl On this video, look at the related videos you will see Saint (LW) vs Fit Finlay (HW) i think they used matches like this to make the HW look really strong by either the HW bouncing the LW all over the ring or by showing that a heavier man can match the speed and agility of a LW. It didnt matter for the 'credibility' of the LW because the commentator explains that the LW is outclassed by the heavier and stronger HW, making a loss seem not as bad or a win seem really good.
