Giant Steps in 5/8 time

Here's my latest 5/8 video in the form of a jazz classic. Giant Steps presents some interesting and challenging obstacles and I think I've managed to overcome them. See if you agree.

If you're confused as to what you're listening to and you want to count along, you must count to 5 over and over very fast. The first chorus is slower and rubato but the pace picks up quickly. This piece is so fast that it's very difficult to count to five that quickly. You might try using syllables instead, like "ta-ki-ta ta-ka" or tap your palms on your thighs in groups of 3 and 2. I believe you happen to be a crazy amazing artist :D Your song reminds me of children running through a corn maze... with a twist of Calvin and Hobbes (Not sure if you have read those comics) But Calvin commonly does things where his entire world changes into negative color or every object gains its own horizontal perspective point... so this song provokes the thought of flashing colors in my mind... and sorta twisted stair cases! I LOVE IT!!!
