I picked up your voice mail this morning.




Consolidated Freightways moved their business from us as of 4-1-01. So, Unfortunately I dont have any info on who they were insured with after they left.




However, another company, Sedgwick CMS, took over the handling of claims after Consolidated Freightways moved their business from us. I dont know where you are in the country but you could try to find the nearest Sedgwick CMS office to you in the phone book or in an on-line yellow page such as www.switchboard.com .




The last main contact we had at Sedgwick was Amber Ross at 503-412-3949. She was in Portland, Oregon where Consolidated Freightways was headquartered. I dont know if she is still there or even if that is a valid number any longer but its the last info I have.

I wish things were going much better for you. Once I had something really bad happen to me and it took many, many years for me to shake it off and move on. Sometimes you have to do two or three things at once. Keep after these assholes that screwed you, but at the same time keep looking for something else to do.

We have all been getting screwed at the pump and the fact that the price of oil went back down rather quickly just shows that is was hedge funds and price fixing all along!
