I am just getting into spear fishing, learning aim, hold my breath and cruze under the water. This guy is a legend mate.

how flexible would his breast be? Can you like push in the piece of cartalage above your solar plexus 2 inch or so? I have great respect for these athletes and have just found out of freediving myself. The only thing I wonder is: How bad is it for your brain to practice freediving on a recreational level?
