  • do u HAVE to jack up both sides or can i let it drain from the ground. and do u just snug the oil plug or is there a torque spec cuz i have a 96 and the have the aluminum pans

  • you can let it drain from the ground when its level as well as when its lifted either way it works perfect and you just tighten it till its snug you dont want it loose but you also dont want to strip it

  • does it matter if you put the new filter in before you drain the whole system? i dont understand why put the filter in before draining old oil out? care to explain please?

  • the filter is up high enough on the moter it wont get any old oil in it so you can put it on before or after the motor has to be running for it to pump the oil in to the filter

  • Not a bad video, but you may want to explain it a bit better. Also...let all the oil drain, please don't be a lazy mechanic and use socket wrenches, better result and you won't strip the bolt by letting the wrench slip (as seen in the video). Overall good =D

  • Thanks for this.

  • This guy just paid someone to do something that he could have just as easily done for himself, considering he was on the ground in the mechanic's way most of the time and seems to know what the necessary steps are!

  • How to know that a car should have its oil changed? Thanks.

  • i love how honda put the filter in the most convenient place possible on this car, lol

    nice music choice btw.
