This is hotel room in Delhi we had to stay in for one night. I forgot the name of the hotel, anyway, don't go there!

The woman in the video does say that he only paid 100 rupees for the room. Not sure the value in May 2006, but that couldn't have been more than 4 or 5 dollars. You pay for what you get. As myselfdemon said, Delhi has some much better places than this... It looks like he is in a backpacker's hostel in Paharganj or something like that.
