What's up guys, I'm Bridget Daly for ClevverMusic. Diddy is officially a baller. Forbes Magazine just named him the wealthiest hip-hop artist in the world. Get this—he's worth a whopping $475 million, thanks in part to his Sean John Clothing, his Bad Boy Worldwide Record label, and most significantly, his venture into the world of a-a-a-a-a-alcohol with his Vodka brand, Ciroc. DIddy beat out Jay-Z for the title, but Hova is pretty close behind, with a worth of $450 million. He also has his hand in various enterprises including his Roc Nation label, fashion, touring, and record sales.

Dr. Dre took third with $125 mil by endorsing HP laptops and releasing his successful Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. And Birdman and 50 Cent are tied at $100 million apiece. The G-Unit Records CEO built up his money stash from selling his shares in vitaminwater to Coca-Cola for nine figures, while Baby continues pulling in money from his Young Money-Cash Money labels, which have been on a hot streak with platinum releases from Nicki Minaj, Drake, and Lil Wayne.
