Oil is a commodity and the price is determined by world markets.
It's unfortunate that McCain has chosen to pander to less informed and intellectually challenged folks with this advertisement that is an outright lie.

I attend a university which has a high population of conservatives and international students, and they both agree: Fox News is notorious for presenting biased news. Their journalism is even more slanted then the so called "pseudo-communist" journalism. They just happen to be slanted towards the right, which may happen to be a tilt in your favor. If people around the world and even other Republicans share the view that Fox News is biased, it most likely is a fact.
