About the Authors:
Christopher Carnrick is the former owner of two Seattle restaurants, Mame's Cabaret Dinner Theater and Speedy Gonzales Mexican Cuisine. Arthur Knighton has served customers for 19 years at the Pike Place Market in Seattle. Both authors have been featured on HGTV and House Hunters International, "Remain in Spain."
