look no offense, but the glock is the most simple gun to opperate, and there are a ton of guns like them, like the s&w40ve, they all do the same thing, and no you dont have to let it slap the round in, weather you are an instructor or not, we all own guns like this and i think we have experience with them. Look a glock had a built in saftety and the guidence system can be used either way, its not a saturday night special, also most of the bullets are core lead FMJ's and chamber fine like that.

Nice guns, seems like you guys had a lot of fun! I've only tested the Glock 17, the Beretta 92 fs and a Tangfolio something. Also some revolvers in .38 and .357. Wish i could try the Ar-15 some day.

The 1st guy shooting the Glock should take a Glock class and learn how to opperate the firarm. Not to tell you how to use your weapon but you will have better results if you LET GO of the slide (to get the full force of the motion) when your chambering a round. Don't hold onto it!!! Glocks actions are not designed to be guided.
