Awesome video!! Didn't know about places like this. Also just stumbled upon your blog on that truck site, really enjoying it, a lot of great wisdom there. You are a credit to your profession sir. Stay safe out there (I know you will).

I Hunestlly dont mean anything by it.BUT when i see ordinary hunest, simple people helping to build these caves. I cant help thinking that sheeps are building their own Hell, the endgame...What if humans could THINK!!?

@peardino Yea, the one in Springfield is Kraft which is one of Prime's (last I knew of anyway) biggest customers. I've pulled a many of load's in and out of there. They have two in that area. There are two or three in the Carthage area and couple more up in the KC area. I forget where the one is but it's tight as hell and can get you in trouble if your not real carefull and the other one is on Kansas side out in the country.
You was loaded/unloaded by 2nd shift! Hope we didn't keep ya too long... and don't worry bout that stop sign, spotter Jim blows through it all the time! lol Oh, and FYI, they say that it's actually one of the safest places to be even during an earthquake... the only time a person really has to worry is during the spring when we get alot of rain washing through the cracks in the rocks... Cool narration btw! Just like we're in the cab with ya!

@rshighfill I've been into the caves many times. It's almost always a drop and hook. I had to wait about 2hrs once, and another time I was a live load but it only took about an hour. I really enjoy going there. Staff is always friendly, I hardly ever have to wait long, and...well...it's just plain cool to go in there! So keep up the good work! You guys do a great job.

I have been to the one in Carthage, MO. Didnt know they had one in Springfield. I really enjoyed going there also. I always stayed up to the front of the cave. Looks like you were a little further back.

Yeah, I've also been to the one in Carthage off of Civil War Road. That one isn't quite as big as the one in Springfield, but still a cool place. Thanks for watching!

@peardino Let me me a correction. The one in Springfield is called Springfield Underground which Kraft is main/only customer there. Crazy part about it is when you go in down along the first tunnel before making the right turn at the stop sign there's a huge hole in the ceiling that you can see outside through during the day time.

@Primal67060 Yup, you're right about all of that. The hole you're talking about always seems to have water coming in through it, too. Even when it hasn't been raining.
