At 1:14 thru 1:20 the Plaza Hotel BEQ on Tran Hung Dao St. is pictured. I was living there in 1970. I was in the Navy, was a naval advisor working out of VN Navy HQ downtown on the river next to the Tran Hung Dao monument at the south end of Hai Ba Trung St.
