ShutterSpeed is a novel by Western Australian author A.J. Betts. Published by Fremantle Press in 2008, the story centres on Dustin, a sixteen year old boy in his final year of school, and the events that unfold after coming across a photograph of a woman with a Ducati motorbike. Aimed at teenagers 15+, it explores concepts of obsession, friendship and risk. The novel has been chosen as a study text in numerous secondary English classes.
I love this - makes me want to reread Shutterspeed. Waiting patiently for the sequel.
