Three friends brave the Oregon high desert winter in search of rainbow trout. Plying the chilling waters of Oregon's Crooked River, the three fly fisherman attempt to catch these wily fish using size 16 and small flies both on top and under the water. Adding to their adventure is a chilling night camping with light rain that turns briefly to snow. In the morning they find the blue wing olives out and providing a great ending to a storied trip. Sit back and enjoy, but you may want a cup of hot chocolate handy.
"Braving the high desert?" Looks like you guys were having a hell of a good time. Wine, sausages?
I tend to leave the Crooked River alone. Too many whitefish.
