Johnny explains to Lourdes why she can't stay with them; Maxie tries to convnce Spinelli that he's special the way he is and that he is superior to Jason; Spinelli tells her that its apparent that he's lacking when compared to 'the manly man' that women want; Lucky is not convinced like Sam and Nik that Jerry is tied to the illegal drugs; Sasha finds Sonny at the docks and tries to find out why he's there and why he retired; Sonny reminds her of their deal and is very angry when he uncovers the drugs they are moving; Carly flirts with Karpov and tries to get information from him until Jason & his gun walk in; He warns Karpov away from Carly and anyone else under his protection; Jason yells at Carly for being anywhere near Karpov then she shows him the pda she lifted from him; Matt finds Nadine follwing him.

I agree. GH needs more strong, independent, confident women. But why is that whenever a woman on GH shows that side of herself (ie. Alexis, Liz, Robin, Kate etc... ), they are considered bitches but when Carly does, she's kicking ass? I am not accusing you of saying that but it has always been something that bothered me because there seems to be a double standard when it comes to Carly.

Well I don't agree of course. Everyone accuses Liz, Robin and Kate of being hypocrits but what about Carly? She has sex with Sonny than practically throws Jax out over a kiss! She takes Sonny's kids away to keep them safe from the mob then she "romances" a mobster to get information that Jason himself doesn't want! Carly always gets a free pass for whatever she does while the other women of GH are persecuted. It's a double standard that sets the portrayl of all women on GH back.
