How to Download Any Embedded Files(Video, Music, etc.)

Hello. Today I'm going to show you how to download embedded files on websites
I'll show you embedded video downloading but it would work on any file
If you have Orbit Downloader, skip these steps
1: go to http://www.orbitdownloader.com/download.htm and click the "Download Now" button
2: download the file
3: install orbit downloader
Now lets get started
1:open orbit downloader
2:find your embedded video
3: (in orbit) Go to tools and click grab++
4: refresh the page
5: look at grab++ and click download at the flv file type
6:wait for it to finish(I already started it)
7: Open it with a flv player
Thats All!!! (O_o;)

Notes:
* .flv = video
* music file types(like .mp3 .mp4 etc) = music
* for others, research about it

*sometimes when the page is already viewed, the video wont show up in grab++

What I do now is that I use Google Chrome to search for videos, after searching, copy the link then paste the link on IE or Firefox for grab++ to detect.

*When the website is flash it is often that it is detectable but it would have problems in downloading.
