Joe Budden speaking on Melle Mel is like a non all-star in today's NBA speaking on Magic Johnson, Larry Bird or Bill Russell. Give me a break. Budden isn't even relevant in his era. Melle Mel owned his, therefore on a list of the greatest rappers of all-time, he MUST outrank. Period. End of Story.
