Jon was one of the greatest and most technical black metal guitarists...but now there is no more dissection...Emperor was band with second of the most technical and fast guitarists - Ihsahn - now emperor doesn't exist anymore...these guys made the TRUEST black metal because Jon and Ihsahn's music is more than a monotonous song with horrible quality and shitty lyrics.Quorthon - creator of the first TRUE bm album - died...this is the fate of the greatest metal brothers...R.I.P for the dead bm gods

@Loliciousfuga Why "questioning" norms ? The figure of Satan is a rebel, not just someone who "question" things. Sure, before acts, you have to question things, but once it is done, it is time to act. Concerning its "evil", it's all a matter of how you perceive evil. Most Satanists will not tell you that they think they are evil, because for their moral, they are right. But some will gladly tell you they are evil. But you are right on the fact that Satanism is about freedom, no matter its form.

Satan means the opposer. Nothing else. Satanism is about questioning norms, beliefs and to not live by other people's standards. In other words: Freedom. There is nothing really evil about it. It's just an alternative to God.

Now, I don't believe in either because frankly, it's all the same shit. Rules, morals and restrictions of life.

I fucking miss Dissection. However, I think people will only kill each other depending on the cosmic aeon. We live in a more chaotic epoch, where I think a starless aeon of Mahapralaya and unified awareness would actually be more harmonious. However, that would get boring after a while, so that's why the universal consciousness creates conflict within itself from time to time.
