Summary of a pitch at the Speakers Corner at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, November 2011.

Objectives are to increase our empathy, co-create and encourage and check posibilities to expand our approaches for community-building, policy making and good governance, revisit dialog and participation formats and ways for consensus building, peacemaking, moderation and mediation.

To overcome ubiquitous monologues, the typical talker "attitudes", centered in the "ego", we need to share and deliberate in groups more effectively, come to increased subsuming and resonating in groups, more empathy and compassion. Democracy of "blind" voting unaware of the context has to develop into a "demosophia" which cares for our attention ecology and ecudomy, how we include the minority view and different positions and perspectives. Beside the Magic Roundtable Methods of co-crative empowerment, the presenation revisits the Structured Dialogic Design Process to secure Stakeholder engagements and joint efforts to deliberate and come to shared positive ends (peace-making), and proposals for coming to Shared Frames of References for Perspectives, Positionalities, Cultures and Assumptions.

The speaker touches at the Speakers Corner in 5 minutes the Occupy Asamblages with cascading interactions and a sign-language, which for example encourages, or tells the speaker that he is repeating or not receiving interest, maybe finding an end. Dialogue methods like the Magic Roundtables are introduced to have in a self-organized format within a certain time, speakers receive as presents time to encourage and enlarge and so meet the interest of the others. These are called Stammtisch 2.0 or 3.0 when done in virtual conferencing environments.

Needed for civic decision processes are dialogic design processes to check meanings and (deep) drivers and come to shared assumptions and agreement on ways, means, and actions, for example in complex societal problematiques or peace-making and come to informed, concerned, and responsible group decisions to counteract "blind" voting or groping and grappling in the dark, easily subject to demagogy, manipuation and indoctrination.
