Assassins Creed The Famous line of Hassan ibn sabbah -"Nothing is True, Everything is Permitted ."

Note : The original quote was -"Nothing is Forbidden..Everything is Permitted"-

Instead of -"Nothing is Ture..Everything is Permitted"-

Western and Muslims scholars have said that Hassan ibn Sabbah never used the word "True" but he used "Forbbiden" instead .

This the famous line of Hassan ibn Sabban (nicknamed Ash-Sheikh Al-Jabal (meaning. "The Old Man of the Mountain")before his death , it was his last word. Hassan ibn sabbah is the founder of the assassins order (The term assassin is derived from the word Hashshashin ) which was a islamic shia sect . were trained killers feared by the crusaders, the Arabs and the Knights Templar for their power and tactics. They ended with mongolian invasion .

History :

"I have seventy thousand men - and women - throughout Asia, each one of them ready to do my bidding. Can your master, Malik, Shah ("King" in Arabic and Farsi), say the same? And he asks me to surrender to his sovereignty!? This is your answer. Go!"


"The Sheikh kept at his court such boys of twelve years old as seemed to him destined to become courageous men. When the Sheikh sent them into the garden in groups of four, ten or twenty, he gave them hashish to drink. They slept for three days, then they were carried sleeping into the garden where he had them awakened."

Al Mualim is supposed to represent Rashid ad-Din Sinan. Al Mualim translates to "the teacher" in arabic. Rashid ad-Din Sinan was one of the leaders of the Syrian wing of the Hashshashin during the crusades.
