Local Motors Rally Fighter

www.local-motors.com involves the community to design and vote on the cars they will build. It's open source auto manufacturing. I love the unique business model Local Motors is using, and wanted to participate. Since I have zero designing skills, I'll call this an open source commercial for them.

Really loving some of your work HT, are you self taught in video production? And what software/hardware tools do you make use of?

@Muttley196 Thanks, yes I am self taught. The oldest video on this halfthrottle account was my first video ever. Depending on what I'm doing a lot of the time I edit with iMovie 09' it's so fast and easy. For this video I wanted to do some fancy stuff, so I used Adobe's Premiere Pro CS4. I have a MBP that's 4 years old, and feels really slow when working with Premiere. I've been thinking about buying an HP Envy, which is the reason I've been learning Premiere rather than FCP.

@hoston1765 I've heard Local Motors will be putting in the LS3 EROD crate engine. So I guess there are a couple options in the motor dept. when you buy. I would go with the diesel personally.
