alright thank you for the infor, i never noticed that there were string bridges on it, but i understand the mongol influence and it does make sense that there are. also what is the bash/ kasan, it is not another term for the ears or siyahs is it? lol your cats at 00:09!

None of the Grozer Crimean Tartar bows exceed 60lb in draw weight. The Horn bow only goes up to 90lb. Where did you buy a 97lb bow?

You make this look so easy :D congrats on your training !
ah i was going to say that looks crimean due to the slightly setback grip other than that it appears like it is a turkish bow, but what tends to be shorter, Turkish? or Crimean? my money is on the turkish bow!

@Soviless99 yes with the Tatar bow the grip is setback, the grip is less bulbous, the bow is longer, the drawlength and the arrows are longer, the bash/kasan angle is different and there is stringbridges as opposed to an Ottoman Turkish bow.

A friend of mine made it for me. Makin it yourself is the best. Thumbrings are like shoes, if they dont fit perfectly they will hurt you...

There is no need to use gloves with the Turkish shooting style. You draw with the thumb anyway and if your arrow is tuned correctly (spine) then it shouldnt hurt your bowhand. Leave your thumb and index finger of your bowhand a bit loose, the other 3 fingers tight around the kabza (grip). Havent tried to shoot far with this bow...
