Natalie Bovis-Nelsen, The Liquid Muse, shows us how to make a Tokyo Rose using Pinky Vodka.
Ingredients:
2 parts Pinky
¾ part of dry sake
¼ part of lime juice
¼ part of lemon juice
1 part ginger-infused simple syrup
Dash of orange water (optional)
2 lychees: 1 cut in half, 1 whole for garnish
Muddle halved lychee in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add all liquid ingredients, shake with ice, strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with whole lychee on a cocktail pick resting on the rim of the glass.
