smith center is good ill hand you that. But its not 6A or 5A football. I went to RHS(Rockhurst) and to be honest we would absolutley slaughter you guys. I did some research and during the regular season you guys played 1 team witha winning record. Plainville. Thats not saying much. My team alone has more kids than smith center HS it self. Maybe you guys should play Junction City or Great Bend or Salina Central. Play some real teams 4 once instead of these teams that have 20 players total on them

ok to all the haters out there.. who don't even know what these guys go threw... they work so effing hard on the practice field! They deserve all the attention they get.. they are a wonderful team and they work their asses off! i LOVE SMITH CENTER!

hey patmn i got news for u we are 1a and we had 45 out for football this yr and 17 of them were freshman so dnt say ther is only 25 kids out and also good luck to umpfred against them someone needs to shut them up

im from sedan kansas, we used to be pretty good at football until the last couple years, although we haven't won a state championship since like 1919. smith center offered to play us this year and we said hell no. you guys are amazing by the way. you guys killed colgan who killed us 3-50 something. thanks. ;D keep it up.

1A football is not real football. some of the teams you play against have trouble getting 25 kids to even try to play football.

im from ozark missouri... we are playing them this year (2008)... and we will see how they do agaist a 5-a missouri team that lost to the 4-a state champions by 7 points in the semi-final game. BTW I play d-end and my number is 69
