In America, everything is regulated. Automobiles require seatbelts and you can get fined for not wearing one. Smokers are warned of the dangers from cigarettes. In the nineties, when some nut went to a drugstore and put some poison in a bottle of Tylenol, the Government immediately passed a regulation that required security caps on aspirin bottles.
The rules and regulations are designed to protect us, and there are laws for everything.
Everything but guns..
Or bullets.
So you can just be released from prison or a mental institution and go to a gun show and buy an Uzi or a Glock.
