there is a much, much easier and quicker way to do this. I am making a video soon on it...Simply ram a jeep into another jeep against the wall of the hanger, so that the front of the jeep sticks up in the air against the other jeep. From the other jeep, just jump onto that and then you have access to the entire place above...

Nice job..but why do you need a Jeep on the roof?? ..I believe you can get up to the top by running along the top edge. although i can see this Bio/wrench combo very usefull in a bunch of maps ..
