You shouldnt blame the sting ray for what happen to steve irwin. Steve obviosly knew the risks, it was is choice. But i really liked is work. Poor man :(. (Sorry if anything is wrong in this comment, im from Portugal).

I used to always watch him and wonder why he seemed to be doing everything he could to agitate the animals.
I always knew that something was gonna happen to him eventually.

I miss Steve... but Sting Rays are still one of my favorite animals.... and Steve Irwin was my favorite guy to watch on Animal Planet.
