  • lol even if you cant hear it properly its pretty fucken clear that it has a supercharger.......you can see it.

  • Hi all, thanks for all the comments, i cant help but find it funny on some of them.

It is real and as i have commented before its a baby 3/71 supercharger and was still as big as the motor and was built by PAC Performance in sydney australia. I ran it on 12psi in the clip due to the tropical weather where i live and no intercooling and made 220hp atw. It was done for more show than go and just a head turner full stop. People would turn around as far as you could see to see what was comming.

  • @thatDUDEoverTHERE010 a turbo motor is going to make more power at any given RPM than a supercharged motor, so at 20psi the deference could be at least 100 hp more being made by the turbo motor, therefor, requiring more attention to prep than a S/C motor...

  • THAT.SOUNDS.SO.AWESOME.

  • @Spike83Z for sure dude... think what you like... and when your twin turbos alone come out to the nearly the price of a supercharger its self have fun... you still need after that 2 1k+ each wastegates, manifolds, piping, intercoolers, BOVs, downpipes/exhaust systems... you only need half the items for a supercharger, supercharger only works with intake while the turbo works with exhaust and intake, the only time a supercharger comes out more expensive is when there not bolt on and have to fab

  • @Tj1056 absolutely 100% grade A horse shit... if you look at how much the supercharger alone costs, you'd see that its twice the price of the turbo. now build your engine, because psi is psi.. its just compressed in different ways (belt driven vs exhaust) and you'll see that you'll come out cheaper than with the turbos.. i'm building a TT 406 sbc and i have just over 4000 in turbos, piping, intercoolers, blow through carb, and so on... thats about what i'd pay for a 671 blower...

  • @Tj1056 ive been around them enough to know what happens to a unequipped motor....ive seen it..and ive fucked a few motors up...so its not new to me

  • @Tj1056 you make no sense...so your telling me if i ran 20lbs on a supercharger i dont have to build my motor compared to 20lbs on a turbo....whats it matter?...20psi is 20psi...no matter what it is there is 20psi pushing on the piston, rod, and causing the crank to rotate with more force....you aint got to tell me what applies to piston'd engines....my dad has had turbo race cars...supercharged race cars, nitrous cars, and N/A cars....ive had 2 turbo cars and about to start another one

  • @thatDUDEoverTHERE010 same thing applies for piston or rotary...

  • @Tj1056 i dont have a rotary anything...i had a turbo 01 ss ....and i just sold a turbo'd 1980 cutlass

  • @thatDUDEoverTHERE010 o sorry I was talking about a turbo kit like im eventually installing for like 600hp :x :D .... a supercharger will never be as good as a turbo but they dont take so much shit to make it work... you can run a supercharger on stock N/A internals.... $5000* for the supercharger... what did you do for ecu? I wouldn't mod a rotary without a good standlone unit... mine cost 1k...
