Anyway it does not apply now anyway. The hunter class changed like hell. Kitting now is not as simple as "moving" now.
FYI tanding in one spot is good for DPS burst, so even if you have a rogue on you, if you kill your target in 2-4 seconds with that DPS it is worth tanding still.
