This is a regular schedule Air France flight usually operated with a Boeing 747-400. This particular flight (AF347) heading to Paris-Roissy Charles De Gaulle international airport (CDG) was made with an Airbus A380 due to the celebration of Air France 60th anniversary for servicing Canada.

Currently, Air France operates the Airbus A380 on New York JFK airport, Tokyo Narita airport, Johannesburg OR Tambo airport and sometimes London Hearthrow airport routes. Air France plans to operate a regular daily flight with the A380 on CDG-YUL starting in spring 2011.
