Where are you getting that from? The "overwhelming clinical evidence" against the use of fluoride appears to have made no impact whatsoever on the latest scientific literature. Google: "A Systematic Review of the Efficacy and Safety of Fluoridation" and "Cochrane reviews of randomized trials of fluoride therapies for preventing dental caries". They both take into account the last 15 years of high-quality published data (including RCT's) and found nothing like what you describe.
