Yes the tape is loaded backwards. THe new roll goes on the front, then thread following the arrows bringing it to the back spindle where the used collects. THis will solve the problem.

Oh ya I think the tape is loaded backward... mine the new roll goes in the front and the used collect in the back! What GREAT deals!!

I think you have it loaded backwards, I think the new roll goes on the front spool and the used spool goes in the back. I will check mine and let you know.

im having issues with mine too ! i just put in a knew roll of tape and i havent had it slip yet

I think your roll of unused tape should sit flat in the ATG gun. I have the red gun but I don't have that problem. Sorry I'm not more help. Thanks for sharing. My Tuesday Morning is moving so its further from work making it impossible for me to get there and back on my lunch hour. : ( If I ever saw a real live praying mantis I'd probably lose my mind (I'm an insectophobe-little tidbit about me you probably didn't need to know, hee!) I don't even like butterflies (weird, huh?)

OMG You guys get such good bargains in the US. Here in oz one paper pack can range from $8- $30.00. And that is just for a small designer pack like my minds eye. I really love to see all your stuff from hauls, because not only is everything so expensive, we just do not get any of the stuff you guys have access to. tfs
