im sure those children need hugs
but that is NOT what they need , they need a CURE that is the whole point of this video , not hugs , Im sure their family hug them .
They need a cure , they need research , they need more doctors , they need hope , not hugs sadly

no no, why have a child into a world racked with poverty and aids, war and famine? money from the UK is great, spent in the UK, we have enough problems here, their countries leaders should deal with it, they have the money for arms? wheres the money for nets and drugs to help their people?
