  • Thanks for posting this. This is my first cycle using the diva cup and I will never go back to tampons again. Go menstral cup! lol

  • I understand they had to change to saying to replace it every year for safety standards from the FDA - they have to say it.

  • I got my diva cup roughly three months ago and I LOVE it. I honestly, don't understand what I was thinking before them. I would highly recommend the diva cup to women who have a heavy menstrual flow, its stopped me from waking up in the middle of the night to make sure I wasn't leaking. I feel like menstrual cups really help you understand your period in a whole new way. So if you're curious about trying a cup out, just go ahead and make the leap. I think you'll be really impressed.

  • *necessarily (sorry)

True, but I have yet to hear someone who has had great success with the U fold :), I just want people to be aware that there are an array of different folds to choose from. The 7 fold works well because it gives the cup a more narrow tip which allows it to enter more easily. If you don't like the 7 fold then don't use it! Lol

  • The same fold doesn't work for everyone. What fold works for you won't necissarily work better for other people.

  • the diva cup is amazing!!

and i used to live near grassroots on danforth! awesome

  • I love the diva cup (and I only got it just yesterday)!! I posted a long comment that didn't get posted :( but yea just make sure you are not afraid to put your CLEAN hands all up in there. And the 7 fold is better than the U fold they tell you to do. (google 7 fold and menstrual cup you'll find a good picture, it pops out a lot better for me when I do the 7 fold).

I will NEVER go back to pads again...NEVER ;) (I was never a tampon gal, too afraid of TSS)

  • Yea, it's def a money thing...

  • similar yes, but it could have been misconstrued. just clarifying! :)

  • The only information I did not mention was was about the cecerean. Otherwise, what we both said is fairly similar.

  • your statement is kind of misleading. there are two sizes. from what i understand size one is for women under 30, and have not given birth vaginally or (according to some sites) Had a cicerean(sp?). size two is for women over 30, or who have given birth.
