This is a recreation of the credits of an alternate version of where no man has gone before that gene roddenberry presented to desilu studios. desilu later rejected it and asked that it be edited into what we have seen today if you would like to see the rest of the lost footage then go the nx01's profile
That's even nicer looking than the original 16mm copy I bought many years ago

Oh, and there are a lot of misspellings.

Looks good, but the lettering is missing that blue hue from the original.

this is a great recreation. it's definitely worth going back in and correcting the spelling on 'physicist' and 'doohan' though. there might even be a way of animating the desilu, as in the original presentation.
good work!!!

These "closing credits" are similar to the one seen in the unaired version of the first pilot {"The Cage"}- just the names of the main and supporting cast, with no references to the production and technical crew who worked on it. Only when it aired on NBC were full credits given...

Thanks for this. Ever since I heard this alternate, unheard version of the title music (unheard until it was put on a TOS soundtrack CD some years ago) I wondered how it would look.
I never noticed that Jim Doohan's last name was misspelled in the credits!
