  • Paul, your solo in Black & White keeps me from sleeping at night. The harmonics resolving into the C is ingenious. You're slowly morphing into my favorite guitarist, keep it up.

  • gosh, thanks! stay tuned for some devious resolutions in our Holiday CD "Hot Club Cool Yule" coming to a CD player near you soon!

  • That was a treat, thank you! There needs to be more appreciation for The Hot Club of San Francisco and more videos as well. I think it might be an impossibility for me to see you guys in Selinsgrove, PA in September, but you should come to Philadelphia instead anyway! If you do, I will collapse in tears of profound joy. Honestly, I believe I would faint, it would be too much hearing Claire de Lune live. People would consider me a lunatic. =]

  • Thanks so much. Tell your friends, post it on FACEBOOK and don't forget- we have a HOLIDAY CD coming out at the end of the year...Something for everyone!

Hope to see you soon and thanks so much!

  • Silent Surrealism and HCSF hand my Romnichal blood boiling last night in Ogden, UT. The music of my heart! I can't wait till they come back!

  • Thanks Peggy!

Hope to see you again soon- Utah seems to love us!

  • This is what I've been looking for!

  • 6:26!!!!!!

  • That was awesome! I LOVE this music! So happy I got to see you guys in of all places Fayetteville Arkansas.

  • I just saw you guys last night, and you all blew me away. You're a real inspiration for my style of playing, and your idea for Silent Surrealism was fantastic. I met Paul last night, and instead of being an absolute jerk like all other performers, you, and the rest of the band were incredible kind. I'm so glad I picked up all of your albums, and had them autographed. Isabelle, you have a great voice, and Baker, you were amazing with the trumpet AND bass. Please keep playing guys!

  • Seeing them tonight!

  • I am ashamed to call myself a guitar player.

  • A Year ago I heard these wonderful players at a friend's wedding in San Francisco. Leader Paul Mehling was a friend of the bride and groom and that's how these great players ended up in Marin on a Saturday night. . Within two bars of the first number, I knew I was listening to a group of exceptional musicians, who also happened to swing their asses off in the process, Paul Mehling and Ari Munkres leading the way. A memorable evening.

  • Ah, my 8th and 6th grade teacher used to play this as well as some other classical and reggae tracks while we were working. I loved it!

  • What amps are the guitarists playing through?
