hon- i know it sucks having small boobs. believe me- i had this medication for my attention disoder that made my hormones freeze. I spent four years off the pill pigging out every single weekend because I was always underweight. I was always ALWAYS in the short row when it came to picture day, and to this day I still DESPISE bikini season for the same reason. but thats probably the worst way to fix your problems.

The surgeon seems pretty normal. He's talking about the girls' bodies as if they're just a normal everyday object. This man is a doctor; he's used to this sort of thing. Also, remember, that he has tons of nurses with him during the surgery.
