Anyways... this is the best that you can get, i've never gotten better and I'm 99% sure you cant. This is for a 4x3 defense. There is always a little wiggle room with your picks, just pick the positions when I do and GENERALLY the same overall. I'm NOT forcing you to pick these players.

you shouldnt pick 2 good DE's in the fantasy draft. I picked a 6ft 7 OLB who was full in finesse moves in the fourth round of the draft and now hes 95 OVR

finish the draft and then assign the best three linebackers and trade them for bob sanders and fill the un skilled posistions like tackle guard and fb
