Eddie Hill Top Fuel Engine Explosion

Eddie Hill blows up his engine big time at the NHRA Matco Tools Super Nationals at Houston Raceway when he crosses the finish line. The whole motor comes out of the chassis and slides along the road next to Eddie Hills car.

If you look close the crankshaft is still hung in the chassis and connected to the clutch. I have a picture of it. baffles the mind.
